ACPI Driver Installation for Kabylake Platform

Important Note

Before proceeding, please note the following:

• This package installs the ACPI Driver supporting the Windows Operating system for Kabylake platform products.
• Intel advises that only Skylake processors can support Windows 7.
• There is no Windows 7 32-bit driver for this device.

Steps to Install the Hotfix

To install the hotfix for Windows 7 64-bit:

1. Download the Microsoft hotfix attached below.
2. Run the hotfix to install the device.

Note: The AMD HDMI audio driver is not included in this package.

Troubleshooting Security Processor Issues

If you encounter any issues with the security processor, follow these steps:

1. Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security.
2. Under Device security, select Security processor.
3. Select Security processor troubleshooting.
4. Enter your device's model number in the search bar.
5. Once you've identified your device, you can download the corresponding drivers and firmware.
